I have a new keyboard. I took it with me at lunch on Thursday, and a group of people gathered around our restaraunt table to stare, in silence, with their mouths open.
It’s a bluetooth + laser virtual keyboard. It projects the keyboard onto the table in full red laser glory, and then watches for changes in the image to detect key presses. It really works.
I’ve got it hooked up to my Palm TX - it’ll also work with phones or pcs.. Just think, no more dropping pie crumbs between the keys. Never get concerned when you spill your beer on your keyboard
It’s bright enough for the average boardroom - a bit hard to make out in sunlight.
I picked this one up from trademe for an easy NZ$60. There’s a store out in Lower Hutt trading as “communicate” on trademe that seem to have a good supply of these cheaply.
